Final touches are being put on the first of the Education group's cob ovens to be built in our local schools.  Watch out for details on the launch pizza/ bread making session to be held at Fitzjohn's school in the new year

A cob oven, built from clay (dug up in the school's ground) and sand, is a fantastic way of teaching kids about low carbon building materials, as well as provding a great outdoor learning resource.
